Abstract
La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-αwas prepared by a citrate method.Thermal analysis (TG/DTA) was used to characterize the thermal decomposition of the organic ligands of the gel.The gel decomposed to its oxides at 256~309C.X-ray diffraction patterns indicate a pure primitive-cubic phase is formed by 1300℃ without impure phases.The impedance spectra of an 88%-dense sample exhibit no grain-boundary contribution,a conductivity σ=2.110-2Scm-1 at 800℃ and an activity energy E=0.98eV.关键词
