FORMLAITION MECHANISM AND INFLUENCE OF SURFACTANT ON MORPHOLOGIES OF ZINC OXIDE NANORODS

Abstract
By using PEG400 and PVA124 as a surfactant respectively,zinc oxide(ZnO)nanorods with different diameters were synthesized hydrothermally.X-ray diffraction results show that the products are hexangular ZnO and the crystallinity of ZnO assisted by PEG400 is higher than that of ZnO assisted by PVA124.Transmission electron microscope and selected area electron diffraction were used to investigate the microstructurc and crystallinity of the ZnO nanorods.The mechanism of the influence of PEG400 and PVA124on the ZnO morphologies and the growth mechanism of ZnO nanorods were also discussed.关键词
