舌癌中Langerhans细胞的图像分析研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the function of ATP- ase positive Langerhens cells in development of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:ATP- ase postive Langerhans cells in normal membrance epiderm, atypical hyperplasia, carcinoma in site, invasive carcinoma was investigated by electronic computer image analyzer. Results: The number of Langerhans cells in atypical hyperplasia was decreased (P＜0.05),but the number of langerhans cell in carcinoma in site was increased (P＜0.05). The alteration of m orphologic of Langerhans cells was noted by electronic computer image anatyzer, including decreasing in surface density and volum density (P＜ 0.05), Increasing of dendricity index (P＜ 0.05),but specific surface was not alterrated. Conclusions:These results show that altertion the number and morphology of Langerhans cell are related with the devolepment of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma.关键词
