Effect of Nursing Model in which Patients Participated on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing model in whichpatients participated on quality of life .Method 293 patientas with chronic disease were radomly diveded into the study group and control group .Study group participated in decision-making in health and activity as possisble Patients in control group accepted routine nursing .Anxiety,depression,quality of life,capacity of care by oneself and comprehension for health information of patients in two groups were evaluated when admission and discharge from hospital.Result Compared with the control group,the improvement in anxiety,depression,quality of life and comprehension for health information of the study group was significant .Conclusion Nursing model in which patients participated can relieve psychological pressure and improve quality of life of patients with chronic disease.关键词
