Abstract
The Maritime Investigation Report is an important basis for the Maritime Authority to impose administrative penalization on persons responsible for maritime accidents. As to the legal effect of such Report in the process of the judicial adjudication, there is no definite conclusion by either legislators or scholars, which is detrimental in determining the legal status of the Marine Investigation Report and the maritime judicial adjudication in our country. This article starts with a case of detecting the guilty ship by using the AIS information and analyzes the unique effectiveness of the Marine Investigation Report as evidence in the maritime trial process, with a view to providing a theoretical basis for solving the above-mentioned problems.关键词
