Abstract
The technique of two points is introduced to construct a novel fractal structure, and the microstrip fractal patch antennas which use the fractal structure are simulated and optimized by Ansoft HFSS, then two fractal antennas are fabricated and measured. The characteristics of the fractal antennas are demonstrated by simulation results and experimental data which show that the size of 1st order and 2nd order antenna is 46.85% and 60.01% smaller than a conventional square patch antenna respectively.The two antennas have compact structure compared to the Koch and Minkowski fractal patch antennas. So the structure has important research value in compact antenna field.关键词
