摘要

Abstract

Along with the technological progress in oil and gas field exploration and development,the amount of deep wells ultradeep wells will be continuously increased.The characteristics of the deep wells and ultradeep wells include a large depth,high temperation,a thin cement sheath and being very difficult to make well cementing.Meanwhile a higher demand on the quality of oil and gas well cementing is put forward for making various stimulation techniques and measures and late workings.Because cement has rigidity and brittleness,it is easy of embrittlement or peeling off with casing pipe or wellface due to the effects of late workings and perforation or of the complex acting force under formation conditions,thus affecting the late production of oil and gas well and shortening the life of the well.Through studying the principle of the plastic cement slurry of deep well,the evaluation method and the formulation of the plastic cement slurry were proposed. At the same time,a lare mumber of experiments about the working performance and mechanical performance of the plastic cement slurry had been made and on the basis of this,20 well-times of cementing practice were completed.Through practice it is shown that the plastic cement slurry is of excellent synthetic performance and the capacity of resisting external impact force and it can make the cementing practice convenient and improve the quality of cementing in deep wells and complex wells.
