In this paper, the basic activites and the main decision problems on SCM are analyzed, the operational planning and the strategic planning model are discussed and summarized from the point of view of operation research. The construction of SC and its steps of implementing,global SC,and the pitfalls in implementing and understanding of SC are studied.关键词
