摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare and to acsess the effectiveness of treatment for reverse intertro-chanteric fractures of femur by dynamiccondylescrew(DCS)and dynamic hip screw(DHS).Methods 39 patients with reverse intertrochanteric fractures of femur were treated with dynamiccondylescrew(DCS)and dynamic hip screw (DHS).They were evaluated excellent, good and poor with the Sander' evaluation criteria. Results The excellent of DCS was 95.2%, and the excellent rate of DHS was 83.3%, there was a statistically significant difference between the two methods(P<0.05). Conclusion The way of DCS is better than DHS to the reverse intertrochan-teric fractures of femur.关键词
