Abstract
Sorting out the drilling data over the years in Dongting Lak e area, classifying the soils and rocks in different layers within 20m undergrou nd ,this article gives the evaluation on the stability of the foundations of flo od preventing and controling project in different zones.in the light of its fun ctions ,the characteristics of the flood-preventing facilities facing the dang erous instances over the years and the field-investigations made on the spot. M oreover ,this article puts forward some ways or some counter measures to deal wi th the floods.关键词
