Abstract
Span80-Tween60/co-emulsifier/oil/FeCl3 reverse micro-emulsion system was systematically investigated. Through the orthogonal test, the optimal reverse micro-emulsion system was obtained. By uniform experiments and whole experiments, the quasi-ternary phase diagram of the systems was given,through which the optimal composition of the system was ascertained. The graph of the most water-dissolving amount vs. temperature was drawn, and thereby the optimal emulsifying temperature was confirmed. The properties of the ceramic ink prepared were determined, such as surface tension, viscosity,conductivity and stability. And the reaction mechanisms of the two sorts of ink were deduced.关键词
