摘要

Abstract

Carbon nanotubes films were deposited on flat graphite substrates by low pressure chemical vapor deposition at 700℃. The graphite was immersed in Fe(NO3)3 solution with different concentrations ranging from 0.1 mol/L to 1 mol/L, respectively. The morphologies and structures of the CNTs films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Field emission properties of the CNTs were analyzed by standard currentvoltage measurement. The optimized field emission behavior is found from the CNTs grown on the graphite substrate immersed in 0.6 mol/L Fe(NO3)3 solution.
