郑州中华按蚊实验种群的建立
Establishment of experimental population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To establish experimental population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou and to do experimental study widely.Methods: The methods of taming and scientific breeding were used in the laboratory with specific conditions. Results: WildAnopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou could develop, survival, suck blood, mate, fertilize and oviposit smoothly in laboratory. Conclu-sion: Experimental population of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou is set up, which provides the basis for scientific research work.关键词
