稀释式自身输血在头颈癌手术治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective To study the application and clinical significance of diluted autotransfusion in the surgical treatment of head and neck cancer. Methods Diluted autotransfusion was adopted in 46 patients with head and neck cancer during operation as the experimental group, and the transfusion of donors blood was adopted only in patients with excessive blood loss. The other 46 patients with the same disease and operation were served as the control group, without autotransfusion and a donors blood was transfused only in case of need. Results Transfusion of donors blood was necessary only in 14 patients in the experimental group, and 29 patients of the control group needed transfusion of donors blood(χ2=9.82, P<0.01). There were no complications during the operations , and the postoperative complications were not significant (χ2=0.12, P>0.05). Conclusion The application of diluted autotransfusion may be of help to many patients with head and neck cancer to avoid transfusion of donors blood during operation.关键词
