摘要

Abstract

With pulp cellulose materials obta ined by oxygen-alklai-anthraquinon ecooking wheat straw, the effects of lignin on cellulose enzymolysis and cellulose enzymolysis were s tudied. The results showed that in the enzymolysis of cellulose with different lignin content, the higher lignin content, the lower rate of enzymolysis. And in the enzymo lysis of cellulose with the same l ignin content, lignin in cellulose was removed when enzymolysis was carried out and when pH=4.4, T=40~45℃, the rate of substrate to amount of enzymolysis was 1∶0.02, time=30h, the rate of enzymolysis wa s higher but the rate of delignify ing was lower. From IR analysis, w e knew that 1,4-β indican link was broken after cellulose enzymolysi s.
