Abstract
With tobacco variety Hicks and Speight CG-28 as experimental materials, taqase concentration, Mg2+ concentration,annealing temperature,number of amplified cycles,primer concentration and dNTP concenhation of RAPD analysis were studied. The results indicated that under the ccndition of 0.8 U taqase, 40 mmo1/L MgCl2, 10μmol/L primer, 3.0mmol/L dNTP, annealing temperature at 36 ℃C and 40 cycles, the effect was very good. PR APD pattem founded in this experiment layed good foundations for application of BAPD analysis in tobacco variety identification and gennplasm research.关键词
