微米级和亚微米级Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的组织和性能
Microstructure and Properties of Micon and Submicron Ti(C,N)-based Cermets
摘要
Abstract
The microstructure and properties of micron and submicron Ti(C,N)-based cermets were studied in this paper.The microstructures of the two kinds of cermet are composed of a kind of grains with black cores and obvious rim structure,and another kind of grains with cores and unconspicuous rim structure and adhesive phase.For submicron cermet,the grains with white cores,are much more than that in micron cermet,and the properties are higher.In addition,the forming mechanism for the two kinds of cemet is obtained by EDA and Xray diffraction analysis.关键词
