腹腔镜胆总管探查术一期缝合50例疗效分析
Clinical Study of Choledochotomy under Laparoscopy with Primary Closure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To ascertain the feasibility and the technical outline of choledochotomy under laparoscopy with primary closure. Methods 50 cases of cholecystolithiasis patients, all choledochotomy under laparoscopy with primary closure, were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were operated successfully, 3 cases of bile leakage occurred, including 2 cases healed after postoperative drainage, 1 case healed after naso-biliary drainage. None cases was found postoperative remained calculi and bile duct stricture in 3 months to 1 year clinical follow-up. Conclusion It is concluded that the whole procedures of choledochotomy under laparoscopy with primary closure are safe with lesser operative trauma and more rapid recovery with minimal uneasiness of the patients,operating skill is the key that operation succeeds and reduces complication of bile leakage.关键词
