摘要
Abstract
Objective To estimate reliability of thrombus induced in ratsmiddle cerebral artery(MCA)by 530nm green source.Method Using photochemical and cold green light behavior,pathology under LM and EM were observed.Result Model group showed neurological behavioral disorders following model establishment.TTC staining showed infarction in coronal section of brain.Conclusion Under the green light source thrombus model of MCA obtained were reliable and steady.It is similar to the progress and character of the human disease.关键词
