改良真皮帽双环法乳房悬吊术
MODIFICATION OF“ROUND BLOCK”TECHNIQUE MASTOPEXY

Abstract
Objective:To review and summarize clinical experience of modified “round block”technique mastopexy. Methods:Traditional incision was made. Undermine was performed under subcutaneous tissue, but the nipple-areola complex should keep intact. Tissue outside the external ring was undermined between subcutaneous and gland. The lower part of gland tissue was sutured inversely, and the deepithelialized tissue was sutured to the bottom of breast. Blocking suture was performed to reduce the length of external incision, and then the incision was sutured by 5～0 nylon. Dressing was held in place by well supporting brassiere. Results: The periareolar scar diminished 2 months post-operation. Contours of breasts were satisfied. Conclusion: The modified “round block” tech nique is ideal surgery for the correction of breast ptosis.关键词
