Abstract
The culture conditions and passage methods of attenuated fixed rabies virus strain CTN-1 in vero cells were studied in this paper. The results showed that the CTN-1 rabies virus stratins can be well adapted in veto cell cultures. The titer of CTN-1 strain was ached to 7.51ogLD50/ml after 5 passages in vero cells, which met the standard by WHO'S reguremant.关键词
