摘要
Abstract
By integrating the technology of IVF and micro-operation. microfertilization can eliminate the barrier of physiologic fertilization result ing from the zona pellucida and egg cytoplasm.In this review,We summarize the pr ogress of microinfection in recent years.The principle of sperm-egg interaction and the effects of egg age,sperm capacitation,inner diameter of infection pipet te,operation and methods on the microfertilization were discussed and the altras tructure of microfertilized embryos was also analysised.关键词
