A Customer-oriented Decision Model for Selecting Cooperation Partners in the Supply Chain
摘要
Abstract
The article presents a decision model based on customers' satisfaction to select partners in the supply chain. The first stage of the model is to use DEA to select high efficiency ccording to enterprises' inside factors. The second stage is to analyze the cooperation in order to select the perfect partners using a goal-programming model to minimize customers' satisfaction. An xample is given to illustrate the model.关键词
