摘要

Abstract

According to the requirements and characteristics of the contact product, the fea-sibility of the its deformation was analyzed. A structure, in which compressed air was ap-plied to push the core shaft used in contact deformation, was adopted instead of the tradi-tional devices of sliding or wedge blocks. Three schemes of pressure flow were compared in detail and checked by simple dies. An optimal scheme was selected in designing of the pro-gressive die. For this optimal scheme, air pressure kept steady in the compressed air loop and the structure was novel.
