Abstract
Objective :To explore the association between angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1 R) gene polymorphism and hypertension ( HP) complicated with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods:Angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor genotypes were investigated with PCR- RFLP in 123 hypertensivepatients (48 patients complicated with CAD) and 148 healthy people. Results :The distribution of AT1 R genotypes was of no significant difference between hypertension patients and health controls (P ＞ 0.05). No significant differences in genotype frequencies of AT1 R gene were found between HP complicated with CAD and those without CAD ( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusions: There is no association between AT1 R Al 166C polymorphism and hypertension. And AT1 R genotypes do not significantly in fluence on tie incidence of CAD in the hypertension.关键词
