离心涡轮式气流分级机分级区域研究
Investigation for Effective Separation Aera of A Turbo Air Classifier
摘要
Abstract
A differential motion equation was developed for a single particle moving in a turbo air classifier.Analysis for the motion equation gave a group parameter τ=ρd2/(18μ)of time dimension to characterize the radial behaviors of particles in the turbo air classifier.The expressions for the width of separation area and the cut size of particles were also derived from the motion equation.Comparative experiments show that effective separation takes place in the rim of the classifying rotator,conforming with the predicated result of theoretical analysis.关键词
