Study on some issues relating to defining the hazardous properties of maritime dangerous goods
摘要
Abstract
This article introduces the relevant domestic and international laws and regulations as well as standards governing the control and management of dangerous goods transported by sea. Then the authors discuss about some remaining doubts regarding defining the hazardous properties of some dangerous goods encountered by the Maritime Authority when dealing with some cases concerning concealed declaration of dangerous cargoes. Furthermore, the authors also put forward some suggestions in this regard.关键词
