摘要

Abstract

- The eompoaite sheets made of titanium dioxide, plant fiber and ceramic fiber were prepared, and their photocatalytic degradation performance on methyl-orange (MO)in aqueous solution was investigated. The results showed that the sheets exhibited excellent photocata- lytic activity to MO. The color degree of 15 mL of MO solution with the concentration of 25 mg/L was reduced more than 90% using a com- pesite sheet of 55 cm2 irradiated by UV light for 2.5 h. The sheet was stable in the aqueous solution. The photocatalytic activity of the sheet did not decrease, and the mass of the sheet was reduced only 1.1% when it Was used repeatedly for 10 times.
