摘要
Abstract
The error generated by Charge Pump in PLL is analized and a novel circuit is proposed.The proposed circuit and proposes a novel circuit that eliminates overshoot injection current and gets much better error characteristic than traditional Charge Pump.Hspice simulation results(using BSIM3V3 model)are showed and compared to traditional ones.关键词
