Tools of quantitative research of natural population of Anopheles sinensisand application in the study of life table
摘要
Abstract
Aim: To do quantitative research of natural population of Anopheles sinensis. Methods: We invented the experi-mental barrels used in the shallow water, the experimental nets used in the deep water and the large experimental cages closed tothe natttre. These tools were used to do study on life table of natural population of Anopheles sinensis. Results: Using these tools,we studied the life table of the 8th generation in 1998 of Anopheles sinensis , figured out the death number and the death factors ofevery growth stage, the mortality, the survival rate and the k-values of death factor, analyzed the key death factor of every growthstage, estimated that the expected oviposition number of the next generation was 8288 and the trend index(I) of population was6. 302 7. ConclusJon: Quantitative research of natural population of Anopheles sinensis become possible by using these tools. Thepopulation number of 9th Anopheles sinensis still has the tendency of increase.关键词
