Abstract
Posterior composite resin is used to restore cavities involving stress bearing areas and is required to show high compressive strength, flexure strength, fracture tough-ness and wear resistance. With the development of composite resin, the laboratory properties and clinical effectiveness of posterior composite resin have been improved significantly.This article reviewed concisely the clinical effectiveness of modern posterior composite resin and the state of arts of some low shrinkage and wear resistance composite resins.关键词
