Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment of intrahepatic cholelithiasis method.Methods:In the reviewing analysis of 160 cases with complex liver the intrahepatic cholelithiasis,.the contrast of clinical effects of different methods of treatment,summaries each method in the clinical treatment function and the indication.Results:The liver excision method type uses left excises 56 examples (35%),the left half liver excises 29 examples (18.13%),excises 11 examples (6.88%),is right excises 13 examples (8.13%),after the right leaf excises 22 examples (13.75%),the right half liver excises 5 examples (3.2%),the double side multi-sectors liver excises 24 examples (15%);In attachment gallbladder intestines the drainage technique 69 examples (43.13%),taking the stone after the incision 6 examples.Conclusions:Bile duct narrow spot and scope and stone condition investigates according to the surgery,selects the different surgical methods.Proper methods of surgery is the key of reducing stone in treating intrahepatic cholelithiasis,regularity liver leaf/section excision is an effective method in treating intrahepatic cholelithiasis.关键词
