Abstract
Objective:To summarize experience of perioperative clinical nursing in coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical nursing data of 538 patients who suffered from coronary heart disease underwent surgical procedure .Results:Preoperative health education and mental preparation were positively given,furthermore reinforced nursing of cardiac comorbidities.Postoperative instructions of necessary acting were performed.In addition to routine nursing,circulation,breathing and renal function monitoring had also been carried out.Preventing complications of low cardiac output syndrome,arrhythmia,breathing dysfunction, and acute myocardial infarction was extremely important.13 patients who performed emergency coronary artery bypass grafting died of multiply organ dysfunction syndrome.Other patients achieved clinical health.Conclusion:It is important to strengthen nursing measures to ensure goods results and prevent postoperative complications.关键词
