Abstract
Objective To study the causes of ADR oeettrred in our hospital and to provide the evidences of drug security and rational clinical drug use. Methods 292 ADR cases collected during recent years in our hospital were analyzed statistically using a descriptive study method. Results It was the highest occurrence rate in the group of people who were 19-29 years old male-patients, accounting for 32.19% (94 cases). The intravenous medication was the main route of medication resulting in ADR accounting for 79.8% (233 cases). It was highest occur-rence rate in the group of drug which types are injection (138 eases, 47.26%) and parenteral solution (104 cases, 35.62%). ADR were mainly manifested as lesions of skin, accounting for 59.92 %(175cases). It was the easiest occurrence in the group of anti-infective, accounting for 56. 85%(166 cases). Conclusion ADR occurs with a number of factors related to the diversification of clinical manifestations. ADR monitoring should be strengthened to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of ADR so as to ensure the securities and rational clinical drug use.关键词
