Abstract
This paper describes an internet based real time GPS synchronized wide area frequency monitoring network (FNET). It uses the internet as the communication infrastructure to allow wide area data transmission and gathering. Only area power system frequency information data will be measured. The measurement will be taken at any level of power outlets. The time stamped frequency data will be collected at the center server via internet.关键词
