宫颈癌组织中HLA-I缺失与HPV16、18感染的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression down -regulation of HLA -I antigen, the infection of HPV16, 18 and the cervical cancer. Methods: The expression of HLA - I molecules ( a kind of monoclonal antibody) was specific in mouse antihuman and HPV16, 18, E6 proteins were detected by the means of immunohistochemitry S - P in cervical tissue. Results:In 62 cases of cervical cancer, the HLA - I antigen was positive in 42 cases and negative in 20 cases, the negative expression rate was 32. 3%. The expression of HPV16,18, E6was 70.9% (44/62). The down - regulation of HLA - I antigen was distinguished in the tissue in which the HPV16,18, E6 were positive. The CD3 +T cells and CD8 +T cells were both higher in the tissue with HLA -I antigen than in the tissue without HLA - I antigen. The malignant degree of tumor and lymph metastasis had relation with the low expression of HLA - I antigen. Conclusions:There is absence of partial HLA - I antigen in cervical cancer and the infection of HPV16, 18 had relation with the cervical cancer. Due to the absence of partial HLA - I antigen, the immunity escape and the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of tumor exists.关键词
