Pyrosequencing and Its Application in Forensic Science
摘要
Abstract
Pymsequencing method is a high throughout, stable, no gel electrophoresis, real-time detection and good quantitative method. It is widely used in the field of sequence analysis, mutation detection and quantitative analysis. In this paper, we re-viewed recent advances and discussed new applications of this technique in forensic science and population genetic areas.关键词
