掺锶碱硬锰矿固溶体的制备
PREPARATION OF STRONTIUM-DOPED SOLID SOLUTION OF HOLLANDITE
摘要
Abstract
Strontium-doped solid solution of hollandite(SDSSH)was successfully prepared using strontium carbonate(SrCO3),barium carbonate(BaCO3),alumina(Al2O3),and titanium oxide(TiO2)as raw materials by designing formulas and high temperature solid phase reaction.X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis,scanning electron microscope,and wave dispersive spectroscopy were employed to investigate the synthesis temperature,composition of phases and chemical composition of crystal grains.The formulas of the as-prepared single phase solid solution of hollandite and single phase SDSSH are Ba1+xAl2+2xTi6-2xO16 and SrxBa1Al2+2xTi6-2xO16 respectively.The lowest synthesis temperature of SDSSH is about 1 250℃,and the optimalis 1 300℃.关键词
