摘要

Abstract

The rheological property and crystalline properties of different types of poly (phenylene Sulfide) s have been studied with rheometer and DSC. The results show that the linear PPS is not pseudoplastic fluid but expanion fluid, the high molecular PPS and modified high molecular PPS are pseudoplastic fluids and the modified high molecular PPSs tend to flow more Newtonian than do other type PPS, the commonly used PPS flows too fast to obtain the rheology data, and the branched PPS and the oxygen cured/crossed PPS are so viscous that they can not pass the rheometer. In the terms of thermal and crystalline properties, all types of PPSs have different melting point and the crystallinity, the quenching(melt at 300Cand quenched in water) and the heating in the air at 310C for 30 minutes have more effects on the commonly used PPS and the branched PPS than on the high molecular PPS and modified high molecular PPS, The crystallinity of the commonly used PPS rises slightly, the crystallinity of the modified high molecular PPS almost has no changes, and the branched PPS become the amorphous.
