摘要
Abstract
Objective To inqiure into the influence of different loadsexercise of swimming training on both AGTⅡ,ET levels in plasma and myocardial cells and ET receptor on the myocardial membrane in the rats.Method 45 SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly.after having been trained for 8weeks, we measured the levels of AGTⅡ,ET and activity of ETR by RIA. Result The concebtyations of AGTⅡ,ET in plasma and myocardial cells of 90 minutes'group were significantly decreased(P<0.01) and the activity of ETR was reduced (P<0.01) plasma AGTⅡ level were significanly increased in 150 minutes group(P<0.01) and the ctivity of ETR was decreased (P<0.01).
