图像测量技术中一种调焦的判别方法
A Method of Tuning Focus for Image Measurement Technology
摘要
Abstract
Based on Newton Optical Formula, this paper suggests a distinction method to distinguish tuning focus in image measurement technology, and introduces the discrimination basis for tuning focus. This discrimination basis is used to obtain the clear image so as to make size measurement more accurate. The method disposed with automatic tuning focus system can make the TV-camera track the surface of object realize the non-contact measurement of surface shape. The experiment results lndicate that this method can achieve tuning focus fast so that the error of tuning focus repetion is about 6.5 μm.关键词
