尖镰孢菌非致病菌株对南方根结线虫数量的控制
The effect of the non-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum strain
摘要
Abstract
The objectives of the paper were to explore the effect of non-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum strain on Meloidogyne incognita and physiological activities of metabolic product of n on-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum.The egg sacper gram of root in treatments with F.oxysporum＋M.incognita and Bacillus cereus＋F.oxysporum＋M.incogni ta was only one-third and one-fifth as many as the control.In pot experiment,the fresh shoot weight,the fresh root weight and root length of the treated tomato were all better than that of the control.The fungus could not be reisolated from the treated tomato in 5 weeks.The spores,and metabolic activities of F.ox ysporium could control juveniles infection of M.incognita and Heterodera glycines and the controlling rate were 46.4% and 53.6% in pot test,respecti vely.The metabolic activities produced by F.oxysporum could affect eggs hatch of M.incognita and H.glycines in agar plate,the controlling rate we re 18.4% and 14.2%,respectively.关键词
