Abstract
GAPS is a calibration-free inertial navigation system of Ultra Short Baseline manufactured by IXSEA inc. France. It has the functions of GPS,Underwater Acoustic Positioning System and Attitute Sensor. It has the features of convenient fixing,easy operation and high accuracy. The installation method,technical superiority and applications in practical work of GAPS of a high precision Ultra Short Baseline are introduced. In addition,simple analysis are also made on the primary factors affecting the position accuracy and the method which can reduce the error.关键词
