摘要
Abstract
Objective To collect endometr ium with complete structure andnorma l function. Methods Three means of cutting ，scraping and squeezing were comparat ively studied. Results The endometrium by squeezing was in the shape of cylinde r with integrated tissue structure including endometrial epithelium，gland and capillary. Moreover the endometrium situated in the mesometrium was incomplete. Conclusion Squeezing the cornua uteri is the practicable way to collect the mouse endometrium.关键词
