摘要

Abstract

Objective: To study the effect of NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME), one of theinhibitors of NOS, on rats' mesenteric lymphatic vessels. Methods: L-NAME was injectedthrough femoral vein. Rtas' mesenteric lymphatic vessels were inspected within 2 hours in vivo.Paraffin section for HE stain, frozen section for NADPH diaphorase histochemistry stain, werecarried out to inspect its tissue change. Results: After injected L-NAME, the mesenteric lym-phatic diameter was smaller than normal and the motive frequency was increased, could be tem-porarily restored those change by administration of L-arginine; NOS was found in lymphatic en-dothelia and the nerve fibers in the vessels' wall under microscope; In HE sections, the dilation ofvilli central lacteal of small intestinal tunica mucosa was found in L-NAME in jection group, sug-gesting that the transporting function of lymphatic vessels decreased. Conclusion: NO plays animportant roles in the regulation lymphatic circulation.
