Abstract
Effects of different enzymalysis conditions on the survival rate of single-cells of Porphyra yezoensis Ueda have been studied. The main results are: 1. The effectiveness of enzyme was positively correlated to enzyme concentration. When the enzyme concentration was 10% the result was the best. 2. Different penetrants showed different effects on cell survival rate. Among 5 kinds of penetrants, Glucose was the best. 3. Antioxidants had no effect on the cell survival rate.关键词
