Modelling and Intelligent Compound Control of Direct Current Electric Arc Furnace
摘要
Abstract
The steelmaking process of the Ultra High Power Direct Current Electric Arc Furnace (UHP DC EAF) is a rather complex process with physicochemical reactions,characterizing the strong nonlinearity,uncertainty,time-variance and serious interconnection (i.e.some of the variables may not be linearly independent) etc. It is impossible to establish a precise model for the steelmaking of the UHP DC EAF. According to the concrete practice of the steelmaking process,the mathematical model of different steelmaking stages are constructed and an intelligent compound control strategy is presented based on the steelmaking process of UHP DC EAF in this paper. This method was successfully used in the steelmaking process of the UHP DC EAF in a factory.关键词
