广州市婴幼儿家长对早期发展认知效果的研究
A study on cognition level of parents of infants for early childhood development in Guangzhou city

Abstract
Objective To investigate cognition level of the parents about konwledge related to early childhood education (ECE), and to evaluate effect of health education, so as to provide reference and basis for developing integrated early childhood development (IECD) project. Methods The parents of infants received free special lectures about ECE, nutrition and feeding, prevention and treatment of common diseases and family nursing in Women and Children's Medical Center of Guangzhou City in Infants' Parents School and questionnaire investigation for parents' related knoeledge was conducted before and after lectures. Results 786 available questionnaires were collected. Before lectures, the total correct answer rate was 67.69% in ECE, 73.63% in nutrition and feeding, 64.76% in prevention and treatment of common diseases and 65.89% in family nursing. After lectures, the correct answer rate for half and above questions was improved significantly. 95.23% of parents showed satifactory for lesson contents and forms of the parents' school. Conclusion The parents of the infants have learned some basic knowledge necessary for IECD, but they still are limited in the knowledge. Comparatively, they knew well about nutrition and feeding, but their knowledge about CEC, prevention and treatment of common diseases and family nursing should be strengthened. They often know well about theoretical and general (elementary) knowledge, but they are lacked in concern methods and operating skills, and they required further learning. The content and form of the course are welcome by the parents of infant but they must be more operable.关键词
