Abstract
OBJECTIVE： To sum up the experience of use of reptilase incardiovalvular operation.METHODS： Since January 1996,316 patients have undergone cardiac valve replacement,of them,200 patients were randomly selected to receive reptilase during operations.RESULTS： In reptilase group,the operating field was clean,postoperative oozing of blood was markedly decreased and no adverse reactions were found.CONCLUSION： Use of reptilase in cardiovalvular operation is safe,reliable and effective.关键词
