摘要
Abstract
Objective To appraise the relationship and discriminate the difference between the tuberculous and the carcinous pleural effusion with Adenosine Deaminase (ADA) Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA) and Carbohydrate Antigen(CA).Methods We have examined the samples of 53 cases of tuberculous and 43 cases of carcinous pleural effusion from patients diagnosed in recent three years.Results In tuberculous pleural effusion ,not only the average value of ADA was marked higher than in carcinous(P<0.01),but also the highest in sensitivity、speciality and accuracy(P<0.01). In carcinous pleural effusion,the average value of CEA、CA50、CA125、CA199 and CA211 were higher than those in tuberculous(P<0.01, P<0.05).Conclusion It was a much worthy way for us to distinguish which was carcinous or tuberculous pleural effusion -combined with the ADA and CA211 examination.关键词
